Abstract

More than eighty million individuals throughout the world struggle with infertility. It's a worldwide phenomenon that cuts across all demographics. Alcoholism is one of today's most pressing social issues because of the wide range of negative health effects associated with heavy alcohol use. Most research on the effects of ethanol on fertility has been done on male humans and laboratory animals. This study aimed to determine whether or not Cycas circinalis and Ionidium suffruticosum might restore fertility in male Wistar rats rendered infertile by alcohol.
